Who we are

Garry Young. Managing Director.

My passion for investment and coaching has led me to set up Investment Coaching Limited with a desire to pass on my knowledge and analysis techniques to others who wish to learn about investment and trading.

I previously worked as a detective for 13 years. I left the Metropolitan Police in 2001 to pursue and focus on investing and trading on a full time basis to manage my own investment fund.

An awareness of long term trends allows me to evaluate the broad economic and financial market, meaning my analysis encompasses all aspects of technical and fundamental with a comprehensive bottom up approach.

I have developed an appreciation of financial markets, making rational decisions based on predetermined criteria with a long term view to investing. Using my analysis framework of probability, value and timing, I take considered positions allowing maximum potential with balanced risk.

I continue to run my own investment fund in addition to developing investment coaching limited.

Tom Sorsby. Director

Having recently gained a Masters degree in Education I am starting my professional career as educational and coaching advisor in the company. I have experience in illustration of education models and will utilise these in my role as newsletter and seminar producer.

Through extensive previous coaching experience I have evolved my educational philosophy, demonstrating to individuals that adopting a flexible working system that empowers the character to take ownership of the decision making process.

I have run my own market trading system for the last 3 years, learning through practical experience on the key aspects of stock analysis and trading strategies. This foundation has enabled me to assist in our analytical process of investment decisions.
